City of Derbent is undergoing its major urbanization yet.
With many projects in progress and tourism very active the city needed a way to cover and integrate the construction. The city asked me for something they could use for their needs later on, so I decided to create hoarding that can be adapted to any lengths, height or project that might come up in the future.
Hoarding consists of a few premade signs (1 m, 3m, 5 m) that can include images and text.
Pattern is based on arches that this city with a 5000 years of history has in all variations. The pattern features can be used separately or in a few meters long sign.
Derbent is also a very beige city, since most of its historic center is build from a local sandstone. So the colour palette consists of variations of beige and brown, with touches of natural pastel colours.
